We are currently seeking Full-Time CNC Machine Operators to join our team at our Austin, TX facility.\nWe are hiring for both Second Shift (2:30 PM – 11:30 PM) and Third Shift (Friday to Sunday 7 am-7 pm) positions. We offer ongoing training, advancement opportunities, and the chance to build a long-term career in a growing, technology-driven manufacturing environment.\nBenefits of the CNC Machine Operator Position\nPaid Time Off\nCareer Growth Opportunities\nHealth Insurance\nVision Insurance\nDental Insurance\n401(k)\nVarious benefits through the ADP Marketplace, including discounts on shopping, travel, and even pet insurance\nResponsibilities (Included, but not limited to)\nMachine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor CNC mills, lathes, and other CNC equipment to manufacture precision components according to engineering drawings and customer specifications.\nBlueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, and GD&T requirements to ensure accurate part production.\nMachine Setup: Load raw materials, fixtures, tooling, and workholding devices while ensuring proper machine setup prior to production.\nProgram Execution: Load and execute CNC programs, verify machine operations, and make approved offsets or adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy and maximize efficiency.\nFirst Article & In-Process Inspection: Perform first-piece inspections and routine in-process measurements using precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, indicators, gauges, and other inspection tools.\nQuality Assurance: Verify finished parts meet customer specifications, identify nonconforming parts, and communicate quality concerns to supervisors or programming personnel.\nMachine Monitoring: Continuously monitor machine performance, tool wear, coolant levels, and production output while making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and productivity.\nPreventative Maintenance: Perform daily machine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and basic troubleshooting to keep equipment operating efficiently.\nSafety & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.\nTeam Collaboration: Work closely with programmers, machinists, quality inspectors, engineering, and production leadership to improve processes and support on-time delivery.\nQualifications\nExperience: Minimum of 2 years operating CNC machining equipment in a manufacturing environment.\nEducation: High school diploma or equivalent required.
