divh2Registered Nurse - CVICU/h2pLocation: Arlington, TX/ppShift: (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM 12hrs / Days)/ppDuration: 3 Months (Possible extension)/ppPay Rate: To be discussed on call/ppJob Description:/pulliEvaluate and monitor the patients progress./liliIdentify sudden or subtle changes in a patients medical condition./liliDeliver regular updates to doctors, patients, and their family members./liliBegin treatment and monitor doses./liliIf necessary, respond to a medical emergency and alert the appropriate doctors./liliCare for patient needs throughout their recovery in the ICU unit./liliComplete all necessary paperwork before transferring a patient./liliMaintain patient records./liliCreate and implement effective care plans./liliAssessment implementation and coordination of complex care and interventions./liliIdentify sudden or subtle changes in a patients medical condition./liliPossess excellent teamwork, multi-tasking and the ability to rise to challenges and stay calm under pressure./liliManage medication doses, anesthesia and ventilatory support./liliProvide regular status updates to patients and their family members./liliInterpreting diagnostic tests./li/ulpRequirement:/pulliMust have at least 2 years of relevant experience./liliBLS, ACLS, PALS -Through AHA required./liliActive State License to work in TX./li/ul/div
