As a busser, you're an essential part of the team, helping maintain the flow, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere of the restaurant. With energy, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality, you support both the front and back of house by keeping the dining room, service stations, and restrooms clean, organized, and guest-ready. From resetting tables promptly to assisting servers and ensuring the restaurant remains spotless, you help create a smooth, welcoming experience that keeps guests coming back.\nResponsibilities\nDemonstrate strong knowledge of the ACFP menu to assist guests and support the service team.\nUnderstand and follow proper dining room procedures to ensure smooth and efficient service.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment by promptly clearing and resetting tables.\nRemain on your feet and active throughout the shift in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.\nSafely lift and carry up to 50 pounds when moving trays, supplies, or assisting team members.\nUphold high sanitation standards at all times, including frequent handwashing and proper cleaning practices.\nContribute to a warm and inviting atmosphere where every guest feels valued.\nWe offer hands-on training, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive team environment. Busser positions typically start as part-time, with the potential to move into full-time roles.
