sealed, labeled, identified, and stored.\nReplenish ingredients, solutions, propylene glycol, ethanol totes, and other production materials.\nAssist with staging materials for upcoming batches and production orders.\nSupport batch processing and production activities when directed.\nPull samples of raw materials and finished products for Quality Control evaluation.\nDeliver samples to the laboratory or designated testing area.\nAssist with resampling materials when additional testing is required.\nMaintain material availability to prevent production delays.\nInventory Control\nComplete inventory transfers between warehouse, staging, production, Quality Control, and storage locations.\nUse handheld barcode scanners and ERP systems to record material movement accurately.\nMaintain complete lot-number and product traceability.\nFollow First Expired, First Out inventory practices.\nMonitor expiration dates and report expired, damaged, unidentified, or questionable materials.\nAssist with physical inventory counts and routine cycle-counting activities.\nResearch and report inventory discrepancies.\nVerify that physical inventory matches system quantities and locations.\nMaintain accurate records of material movements, returns, samples, and adjustments.\nPlace materials in their correct system and physical locations.\nHelp maintain organized warehouse and production-staging areas.\nEquipment Operation and Safety\nSafely operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other material-handling equipment.\nComplete required equipment inspections before use.\nMove pallets, drums, totes, containers, and other raw materials safely.\nFollow load-capacity, stacking, traffic, and pedestrian-safety requirements.\nUse proper
