This role ensures cross-functional alignment, operational readiness, and accurate system data to enable seamless execution across manufacturing and supply chain processes.\r\nServing as a central point of coordination, the position partners with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, Finance, and external stakeholders to deliver changes on time and with minimal disruption. The role also plays a key part in maintaining SAP master data integrity—including materials and Bills of Material (BOMs)—to support efficient deployment and ongoing operational performance.\r\nThe Role: Your work will include, but not be limited to:\r\nLead end-to-end coordination of engineering design changes across all impacted functions to ensure readiness for implementation\r\nTrack and manage Change Notices (CNs), including milestones, risks, and implementation status; elevate issues as needed\r\nFacilitate Engineering Change Control (ECC) meetings and drive accountability for timely closure of action items\r\nCommunicate change impacts, priorities, and readiness status to stakeholders to ensure alignment across internal teams, customers, and suppliers\r\nCreate, update, and maintain SAP master data, including material records, part numbers, and Bills of Material (BOMs)\r\nEnsure alignment between engineering systems and SAP, validating data accuracy and system readiness prior to implementation\r\nPerform audits to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and compliance with engineering and quality requirements\r\nIdentify and implement improvements to engineering change management processes and SAP workflows to enhance efficiency and visibility\r\nSupport Materials and Sales with customer-facing activities related to design changes, including obsolescence recovery\r\nAct as a liaison across Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and external stakeholders to support execution and alignment\r\nSupport training initiatives, standardization efforts, and special projects as needed\r\nQualifications\r\nYour Qualifications\r\nAssociate's degree in automotive, manufacturing, engineering, or related field preferred\r\nExperience with SAP (material master, BOMs, and part setup/maintenance) preferred\r\nStrong cross-functional coordination and project management skills\r\nStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills\r\nEqual Opportunity Employer\r\nLear Corporation is committed to fair, merit-based employment practices and equal opportunity.\r\nWe provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law.\r\nApplicants must submit their resume for consideration using our applicant tracking system.
