Day-to-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities)Lead the design and implementation of test automation frameworks.\r\nCreate, maintain, and execute automated test scripts.\r\nCoordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to identify automation needs.\r\nReview and analyze test automation results to ensure software quality.\r\nMentor and train junior testengineers on automation best practices.\r\nCollaborate with QA and DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.\r\nMonitor and improve the efficiency of test automation processes.\r\nPerform testing activities to ensure proper tracking and completion each Sprint and overall release\r\nWrite and revise test-related management plans and formal test Procedures\r\nPerform functional, exploratory, system, regressionand performance testing.\r\nWhat You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements)US citizenship with active Top Secret clearance.\r\nMinimum of 8 years’ experience, or equivalent certifications demonstrating ability to perform at this level.\r\nProven experience in software test automation.\r\nLeadership experience in a testingor QA role.\r\nSrong understanding of software development lifecycles.\r\nExperience with test automation tools and frameworks.\r\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\r\nEffective communication and leadership abilities.\r\nExcellent understanding and experience of test automation frameworks, regression, system, functionaland performance testing.\r\nExceptional collaborative communication skills.\r\nIdeally, You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications)Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relatedfield.\r\nExperience with Agile Development / Scrum framework\r\nUnderstanding of test-driven development and/or behavior driven development\r\nFamiliarity with
