As our first Operations Associate, you'll be at the center of it all—keeping our office humming, our CEO organized, and our team supported so we can stay focused on building the future of the paving industry.\nThe Role\nThis is an entry-level role built for someone early in their career who wants to get their hands on everything and learn what it really takes to build and scale a startup. You'll work directly with our CEO and leadership team, owning the operational backbone of our day-to-day while growing into broader responsibilities over time.\nThere's no junior work here—there's just important work.
