You'll collaborate with teams across Finance, Accounting, Operations, and other business areas to ensure efficient treasury operations while identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational effectiveness.\n\nWe're looking for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about delivering accurate financial results while continuously improving the way work gets done.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nMonitor daily cash positions, liquidity, and cash flow forecasts.\n\nProcess and oversee ACH, wire, check, and credit card payments.\n\nCoordinate funding for operational bank accounts and resolve banking discrepancies.\n\nSupport monthly bank reconciliations and cash-related general ledger activities.\n\nPrepare treasury reports and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.\n\nSupport audit, regulatory, and bank confirmation requests.\n\nAdminister vendor enrollment, including W-9 documentation and payment setup.\n\nAssist with escheatment reporting, 1099 processing, and foreign exchange settlements.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve treasury processes, documentation, and operational efficiency.\n\nPartner with internal stakeholders across the organization on treasury-related initiatives and special projects.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nEducation:\n\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n\nExperience:\n\n3 or more years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or Accounting.\n\nExperience within the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.\n\nExperience working with ERP systems is a plus.\n\nCertified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is preferred.\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.\n\nExcellent organizational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nCustomer-focused mindset with the ability to build positive working relationships.\n\nIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.\n\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.\n\nSelf-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset and a desire to streamline processes.\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\nPrimarily sedentary work requiring prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.\n\nFrequently uses hands for keyboard and computer work.\n\nOccasionally stands, walks, bends, or reaches.\n\nMay occasionally lift or move items up to 20 pounds.\n\nWhere You’ll Work\n\nWork Arrangements: Mostly Off-Site\n\nTravel Requirements: Minimal to no travel expected\n\nCompensation and Pay Philosophy\nThe salary range for this role is $57,094.00-$78,505.00. This reflects the expected compensation for the position at the time of posting. The final offer will be based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal equity, and may be higher or lower than the posted range. The pay range is subject to change in the future in accordance with applicable laws.
