We've evaluated over 5,000 salaries and employee records to help our customers retain their top talent, as well as hold their teams accountable to their own best practices.\r\nWe are looking for creative, thoughtful, and passionate team members to support our team in our mission of making compensation more transparent.\r\nResponsibilitiesCreating a sales engine as the first SDR hire and effectively communicate updates to the CEO\r\nHitting quota for monthly and quarterly targets\r\nProspecting customers using LinkedIn, Apollo, job boards, HR communities, and other tools or current services\r\nContributing to our marketing and community campaigns (ie Linkedin)\r\nCold calling for prospective customers if that is your thing!\r\nQualifying opportunities and assessing if we can provide value to a company\r\nQualificationsYour last manager said something along the lines of \"I'll be working for you one day\"\r\nYou are hungry for a challenging and creative role at a rapidly growing startup\r\nYou met or exceeded targets at your previous job\r\n1+ years of experience in Tech (preference for startup experience)\r\nHigh degree of communication and organization\r\nProactive problem solving attitude & good listener\r\nProcess-oriented (and don't let things slip through the cracks)\r\nHighly metrics-driven and able to use multiple experiments to hit targets\r\nThrives in ambiguity and context switching between new opportunities\r\nBonus: entrepreneurial experience (or want to prepare for that!)\r\nBonus: takes ownership to help the team succeed\r\nAbout the InterviewOur interview process is fast and oriented to learn more about what you are looking for in your next role!
