The PM will provide oversight of a Vector Resources staff of between 30 to 50 full-time, on-site personnel. The scope of services includes:\nEnvironmental, Safety, and Health (ES&H) Support, including but not limited to:\nPreparation and review of DOE and contractor ES&H, programs, plans, procedures, and reports.\nES&H assessments and evaluations.\nAssisting in the development of scope statements for DOE prime contractors.\nAssisting with readiness assessments, site walkthroughs, accident investigations, and other field activities.\nQuality Assurance (QA) Program Assistance, including but not limited to:\nReview and recommend approval of QA, Contractor Assurance System (CAS), and Integrated Safety Management System (ISMS) program descriptions and support documentation for nuclear and nonnuclear facilities.\nAct as the QA/CAS/ISMS OREM liaison to OREM prime contractors.\nProvide assessments coordination for QA audits, readiness activities, ISMS verification and reverification assessments.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOversight of Vector Resources staff and any subcontractor staff, including but not limited to the following disciplines:\nNuclear Safety\nNuclear Criticality\nIndustrial Health and Safety\nEngineering\nEnvironmental Science\nQA\nWaste Management\nNuclear Packaging and Transportation\nGraphics, Multimedia, and Records\nServe as Vector Resources' authorized supervisor for technical and administrative contract performance and execution.\nReceive and execute, on behalf of Vector Resources, technical direction from DOE.\nDevelop work and staff plans.\nDevelop and provide written monthly status reports to DOE.\nQualifications:\nBachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.\nMinimum 5 years' experience in Project Management and DOE business management systems.\nMinimum 5 years' experience in government contract management in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation.\nExperience working at DOE sites in Oak Ridge, TN is a plus\nActive DOE Q is a plus\nExperience overseeing large, technical support contracts is a plus.\nAbout Vector Resources, Inc.\nFounded in 1998, Vector Resources Inc, is a professional services company specializing in technical and management services supporting the energy, defense, national security, and advanced technology sectors.
