In this role, you will partner directly with sales teams and inventory managers to design targeted media strategies, optimize pricing, and maximize inventory demand across key markets.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to dive deep into media analytics, work cross-functionally across regional teams, and directly influence revenue growth within a leading Out-of-Home media network.\n\nWhat you will accomplish:\n\nStrategic Plan Development: Develop comprehensive media strategies and all-inclusive package options across multiple price points to support key vertical and event-targeting initiatives.\nCross-Market Sales Support: Partner closely with sales teams to build and recommend targeted media plans in markets outside their home territories, with a core focus on driving demand in New York.\nAudience Research & Insights: Perform targeted media research to uncover audience preferences, pinpoint optimal channels, and align media placement with client goals.\nCampaign Analytics & Performance: Leverage analytics platforms to monitor campaign metrics, evaluate plan success, and convert data into actionable recommendations for future strategies.\nMarket & Inventory Alignment: Collaborate weekly with Sales Managers and Inventory teams to stay ahead of market trends, address regional demand gaps, and optimize rate reviews.\nStakeholder Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance updates covering campaign KPIs, initiative effectiveness, and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders.\nIndustry Innovation: Stay on the cutting edge of digital and social media trends, tools, and platforms to continually inform and evolve our media strategies.\n\nYou're a great fit for this role because:\n\nAnalytically Minded: Strong proficiency in using data tools, Google Analytics, and campaign metrics to extract actionable insights and track KPIs.\nDetail-Oriented & Organized: Exceptional project and time management skills with a proven track record of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.\nA Strong Communicator: Polished written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting recommendations to clients and aligning with internal teams.\nCollaborative & Interpersonal: A team player who excels at building cross-functional relationships with Sales, Inventory, and Strategy leadership.\nTrend-Conscious: Enthusiastic about the evolving media landscape and eager to integrate digital innovations into Out-of-Home strategies.\nExperience: 1-4 years of experience in media, advertising, or campaign planning.\nTechnical Proficiency: High proficiency in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets) and Microsoft Excel.\n\nHybrid Work Policy: Our team operates on a hybrid schedule to balance flexibility with face-to-face collaboration.
