You will work cross-functionally with Product and Design teams and other internal and external stakeholders.\r\nThe base pay range for this position is $152,000 – $209,000 per year*\r\nMedical, Dental, and Vision plan options\r\nFlexible time off policy\r\nBase pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. An annual incentive plan and stock options may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.\r\nWhat You Get to Do Every Day\r\nLead the development of large features and champion quarterly projects that span multiple teams and problem sets\r\nIncrease quality of Remedy Meds' code base by writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code\r\nEnforce best practices for code reviews as well as quality standards across your team\r\nDesign and iterate on complex designs and system improvements to enhance robustness, reusability, and security within our code base\r\nBe a trusted leader within on-call rotation and push key items for post-mortems in a timely manner\r\nHandle vaguely scoped projects and help guide other engineers through the process for a successful delivery\r\nMentor and guide less senior engineers through complex problems as well as helping navigate different stakeholders\r\nAct as a facilitator for scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and other team meetings to continually push and improve team efficiencies\r\nWhat You Bring to the Role\r\nDeep domain knowledge of the code base, design, architecture, and business goals of engineering related to business outcomes and goals for the company\r\nAbility to write clean, concise code while helping to improve our existing code base and documentation\r\nStrong acumen for finding problems and acting on them independently in a constantly evolving environment\r\nStrong desire to improve our engineering culture, help new hires, and mentor other engineers to create a positive team atmosphere\r\nWillingness to work through ambiguity and help others around you navigate the same challenges\r\nStrong communication skills within your team as well as with stakeholders\r\nAbility to seek and act on feedback from peers and leaders\r\nWillingness to collaborate effectively within your team and with internal and external stakeholders to achieve a common goal\r\nExperience with Elixir (Ash Framework is a plus)\r\nLocation\r\nThis role is based out of our Summit, NJ office.
