Registered Nurse

This is a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) role located in Sudbury, MA. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care at our senior day care center.Duties:Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical evaluations, and health history documentationMonitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in health statusAdminister and manage medications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standardsMaintain thorough, up-to-date medical recordsCollaborate with primary care physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate careDevelop, implement, and regularly update individualized Plans of CareRespond effectively to medical emergencies and coordinate hospital transfers when necessarySupervise and provide guidance to medical assistants and direct care staffAssist with diagnostic and clinical procedures as neededQualifications:Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in MassachusettsBSN or ADNStrong clinical assessment and critical thinking skillsExperience in geriatrics or chronic careExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse populationsMandarin and/or Cantonese language skills are a plusPay: $50/hrWe are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, or other protected characteristics.
