Position Overview: We are currently seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Junior Sales Representative to support our in-home and outbound sales efforts. You’ll learn how to identify customer needs, present solutions, and guide homeowners through the remodeling process with confidence and care. Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying prospective customers through leads & lead follow-up Educate homeowners on the benefits of impact-resistant windows and doors Support sales presentations and site consultations Help prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts Track interactions and manage customer info in CRM software Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and job site visits Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing personality with a willingness to engage with new people Strong desire to learn and grow in a sales career Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Previous experience in sales, home improvement, or construction is a plus but not required What We Offer: Base pay plus commission Paid training and ongoing mentorship Growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding company Performance bonuses and incentive programs Friendly, supportive team environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
