This role ensures services are delivered with excellence, compliance, and a person-centered focus while fostering community partnerships, increasing program awareness, and supporting the organization's marketing and outreach initiatives.\nThe ideal candidate is a strong leader who is passionate about developing staff, building relationships, promoting community engagement, and ensuring exceptional services for individuals and families.\nDuties\nProgram Leadership & Operations\nOversee the daily operations of assigned programs, ensuring quality service delivery and compliance with Regional Center, DDS, and organizational requirements.\nSupervise, mentor, train, coach, and evaluate program staff.\nMonitor staff productivity, documentation, billing, and overall program performance.\nEnsure participant services remain person-centered and consistent with Individual Program Plans (IPPs) and organizational standards.\nProvide guidance and support regarding case management, crisis intervention, problem-solving, and service coordination.\nReview documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.\nIdentify opportunities to improve program quality, efficiency, and participant outcomes.\nCollaborate with executive leadership to support organizational growth, strategic initiatives, and new program development.\nCommunity Outreach & Partnership Development\nRepresent Self Determined Futures, LLC at community events, resource fairs, networking meetings, Regional Center events, employer meetings, and professional conferences.\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with Regional Centers, schools, healthcare providers, nonprofit organizations, employers, and other community partners.\nPromote the organization's services and programs to increase community awareness and referrals.\nIdentify opportunities to establish new partnerships and expand the organization's presence throughout Riverside County.\nCoordinate outreach campaigns, educational presentations, and community engagement initiatives.\nTrack outreach efforts, referral sources, and community engagement activities.\nServe as a positive ambassador for Self Determined Futures, LLC within the community.\nMarketing & Communications\nAssist with developing and implementing marketing strategies that increase community awareness and program growth.\nManage and contribute content for the company's social media platforms.\nCreate marketing materials including brochures, flyers, newsletters, presentations, banners, promotional items, and event materials.\nCollaborate with leadership to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing efforts.\nAssist with website updates, company announcements, success stories, and promotion of events, trainings, and new programs.\nMonitor marketing trends and recommend innovative strategies to strengthen community engagement and visibility.\nParticipant & Community Relations\nServe as the primary liaison with Regional Centers, participants, families, referral sources, and community partners.\nBuild and maintain positive relationships while ensuring exceptional customer service.\nAssist with participant concerns, service issues, and conflict resolution.\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure participants receive high-quality, coordinated services.\nAdministrative Responsibilities\nMaintain accurate program records, reports, and documentation in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.\nPrepare reports related to program performance, outreach activities, marketing initiatives, and organizational goals.\nParticipate in leadership meetings, strategic planning, and organizational initiatives.\nComplete additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, Human Services, Social Work, or a related field preferred.\nMinimum of three (3) years of supervisory or leadership experience in human services.\nStrong knowledge of Regional Center services, person-centered practices, service coordination, and programs supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.\nExperience in community outreach, partnership development, marketing, or public relations preferred.\nExperience managing social media platforms and creating marketing materials is highly desirable.\nStrong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.\nExcellent public speaking and presentation abilities.\nAbility to build and maintain professional relationships with community partners and stakeholders.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing organizational needs.\nProficient in Google Workspace, Canva, and social media platforms preferred.\nValid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required.\nJoin us in creating impactful programs that empower communities!
