This position validates pricing for company customers and products. Primary functions are to monitor GPO, IDN and Health System contract pricing to ensure operational effectiveness and verify FFF is compliant with the contractual obligations related to pricing and reporting requirements. This person must have good interpretive and analytical skills in order to read, understand, and implement customer and vendor contracts.\r\nThis position requires direct interface with Pricing Lead, Chargeback Lead, SCO Business Analyst, Commercial, Customer Service, Customer Accounts, and Financial Services as well as suppliers. Must be able to communicate effectively with the aforementioned departments to resolve issues.\r\nEssential Functions and Duties A udit condition records and listings ensuring all fields are entered accurately and communicated pricing team members and commercial teams\r\nA udit pricing agreements ensuring adherence to the contract pricing, terms and customer eligibility. Work with suppliers and pricing team members to resolve any discrepancies\r\nCreate and manage customer credit/rebill adjustments resulting from contract price or discount price discrepancies\r\nWork with SCO Business Analyst and Pricing Lead to identify and implement efficiencies through process improvements and/or systems enhancements\r\nCompile any data requested for price validation purposes\r\nContinuously strive to improve processes, service quality to internal and external customers\r\nCommunicate to the appropriate teams when changes are made that will affect the following processes: order entry, accounts receivable, pricing or reporting\r\nAdheres specifically to all company policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations and laws\r\nDisplay dedication to position responsibilities and achieve assigned goals and objectives.\r\nRepresent the Company in a professional manner and appearance at all times.\r\nUnderstand and internalize the Company's purpose.
