National Interstate’s culture is built on connection, shared learning, and strong relationships. To support this, employees in this role are expected to be on-site four days a week, with the flexibility to work one day remotely. Core in-office days are Tuesday-Thur, with the fourth day determined by business needs.\nEssential Job Functions and Responsibilities Gathers, analyzes, and interprets large volumes of data from multiple sources to support business objectives.\nEnsures data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data audits and validation checks.\nMaintains and updates databases, ensuring data is organized and accessible for reporting purposes.\nDevelops, designs, and generates reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.\nAnalyzes trends and patterns in data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform strategic decisions.\nCollaborates with various departments to understand their data reporting needs and deliver customized solutions.\nPresents findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.\nIdentifies and implements process improvements to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting efficiency.\nMaintains updated knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics and reporting.\nDevelops and maintains documentation for data processes, workflows, reporting standards, and data dictionaries.\nAdditionally preforms tracking and documenting state documents, tracking and processing adjuster renewal licenses and completing internal claim audits as needed.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nJob Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent experience.\nExperience: Generally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, reporting or a related field.
