We seek immediate availability for full-time and part-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) with flexible hours that work around you and your client’s schedules.\nResponsibilities Include but are not limited to:\nServing clients in their homes, schools, or community settings as needed\nConduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for individuals on the Autism Spectrum and with other qualifying diagnoses\nImplement and monitor behavior intervention plans, making adjustments as necessary\nProvide training and support to staff and caregivers on implementing behavior intervention strategies\nCollect and analyze data to track progress and make data-driven decisions\nCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records using Central Reach\nAdhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information\nRequirements:\nBoard Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)\nFlexibility, empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented, client-centered approach\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nOur BCBAs have autonomy and flexibility, while we provide supportive staff who are ready to listen and provide the necessary resources for our providers and clients to be effective in their roles. This position is primarily based in Richmond, VA, with limited drive time around the greater Richmond area.\nCOMPETITIVE PAY\nWe offer competitive pay ranging from $90 - $120 per hour or $90,000 - $130,000 per year commensurate with experience\nBENEFITS:\nGrowth Potential!
