With two convenient locations in Alexandria, Virginia, our practice is staffed by three highly qualified Doctors of Audiology, all licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia and certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA). Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Care Coordinator at our Alexandria, VA locations. Responsibilities include managing appointment scheduling, coordinating ongoing patient care, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing support to our audiologists. The Patient Care Coordinator will interact with patients both in person and over the phone, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment while addressing any questions or concerns that may arise during their care. Qualifications Experience with Appointment Scheduling and Phone EtiquetteAbility to manage Care Coordination and exceptional Patient CareFamiliarity with Medical Terminology and healthcare administrative processesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency with basic computer software and scheduling systemsHigh level of organization and attention to detailPrevious experience in a medical office or audiology practice is a plus
