Documentation of the solution concept and design. Defining development approach and iterations. Assist project manager with proper resource and work planning, risk and issue identification. Ensures alignment of solutions to IS standards.\r\nQualificationsPerforms Code Reviews\r\nProvides direction on technical delivery, and provide mentoring and guidance to developers\r\nCreates and maintains program technical artifacts\r\nAdheres to company and project standards and guidelines\r\nFacilitates effective team interaction\r\nTakes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback (project and enterprise)\r\nUnderstands business requirements and business processes\r\nUnderstands current challenges and gaps (Project level as well as Enterprise)\r\nHelps to determine what solutions can be reused vs built, prioritize solution deliverables to align with the business needs\r\nUnderstands system interaction and interface with other existing systems\r\nExperience with supporting technologies - JavaScript,.Net (C#)\r\nEnsures alignment of the solution to overall Company enterprise standards\r\nLeads assessment and recommendation of potential solutions\r\nWorks closely with the Infrastructure Architects in the implementation of the new solution, ultimately accountable for the overall integrity of the solution\r\nPrimary liaison with technical resources in the provisioning of any infrastructure\r\nAccountable for the resolution of architectural issues impacting the delivery of the solution\r\nPays high attention to detail in all work\r\nQuality, on time delivery of agreed deliverables\r\nContributes to the company knowledge base and process improvements\r\nNice to Have Skills:\r\nUnderstanding and previous experience implementation and maintenance of web applications, transaction processing applications\r\nTechnologies involved are .Net and JavaScript, SQL Server, Windows, Reddis, Quartz.
