Responsibilities:· Assimilate topographic surveys and architectural site plans into AutoCAD and Civil 3D· Grading, drainage and utility (storm, sanitary and water) design· Interpret campus as-builts· Layout new parking lots and locate buildings· Calculate earthworks· Hydraulic design· Develop storm water management plans and calculations· Coordination with clients, engineers and architects· Project management tasks such as preparing proposals for new work and monitoring schedules· Assist colleagues whenever necessary and other duties as assignedRequirements:· PE required – please include license number on resume· Must have experience with school projects and DSA submittals· Experience coordinating with Architects on California schools/institutional projects· Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D· A working knowledge of surveying and survey principles· Knowledge of ADA requirements and building code· Knowledge of storm water best management practices· College Degree in related field· The ability to work independently, multi-task and manage multiple projects· Strong communication skills· Criminal background checkJob Type: Full-time, Remote Hybrid – Must be able to drive to job sites in the Bay Area for punch walks at least once per week. Salary: $120,000-$150,000 annually depending on experience.
