Marketing Specialist/Graphic Designer (Full-Time)

Job Description POSITION SUMMARY:This full-time position will be based out of our Bainbridge Georgia or Fernandina Beach Florida Market. It will report to the Director of Marketing and will help maintain our brand identity and creatively support strategic marketing initiatives for various bank lines of business. The employee is expected to adhere to and exhibit First Port City Bank's "Core Values" at all times.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Create exceptional, high-quality, creative in-branch materials, direct mail, print advertising, signs, digital messaging, and all other design requests to effectively promote First Port City Bank, its employees, products, services, locations, and subsidiaries while maintaining established image standards.2. Assist in the creative development and execution of web-based initiatives, including maintaining a fresh graphic look within the First Port City Bank website, social media presence, and e-mail marketing.3. Create video content for in-branch screens.4. Create graphics or motion graphics for exterior digital displays.5. Assist with developing and maintaining website landing pages/content.6. Timely completion and effective prioritizing of projects to meet necessary deadlines within a defined budget.7. Follow and respond regularly to the Director of Marketing's direction regarding the status of all projects.8. Specialize in Photoshop editing and retouching.9. Maintain supportive relationships with internal employees and requestors.10. Manage, organize, and maintain graphic files and artwork.11. Create and coordinate consistent graphic standards for First Port City Bank (and subsidiaries) stationery print materials with print vendor(s).12.
