You may spend time on-site documenting existing building conditions, then shift to reviewing drawings and construction history to understand how systems were originally designed and built. From there, you’ll analyze how materials and assemblies have performed over time, collaborate with senior engineers to develop practical repair strategies, and document your findings in clear, professional reports.
