If you are looking for a company that values and develops its employees while offering engaging work, Applied Composites may be the place for you.\nJob Accountabilities:\nProvides expert knowledge in setting up and conducting a range of product development tests\nCoordinates test labs, equipment, and scheduling\nPlans and manages day to day lab operations\nDirectly manages a team of testing technicians\nPerforms qualification testing to ensure products/systems meet design specs\nProvides analysis of designs to ensure that product(s) can handle potential stress caused by typical and extreme usage\nConducts functional operation and testing on electronic equipment\nPerforms analysis and troubleshooting to determine root cause analysis\nOther responsibilities as assigned\nThe primary duties in this job require analysis, interpretation, or deductions from facts, available information, and data. Requirements involve the comparison and the evaluation of possible results or solutions after considering various possibilities and making recommendations and/or decisions accordingly using professional judgment.
