configurations, user access, and data integrity\r\nSystems Integration & Technical Oversight\r\nOversee integrations between POS, online ordering, mobile app, payment systems, and customer data platforms\r\nPartner with internal IT and external vendors to ensure seamless API connectivity and data flow\r\nTroubleshoot system issues and lead resolution across cross-functional teams\r\nEnsure system performance, uptime, and scalability across all digital channels\r\nDigital Ordering & Channel Optimization\r\nOptimize digital ordering channels (web, mobile app, and third-party platforms) to drive conversion and revenue\r\nManage menu configurations, availability logic, upsell rules, and promotional execution\r\nPartner with Marketing and Operations to ensure consistency across all ordering channels\r\nSupport growth of first-party digital sales\r\nMobile App & Digital Experience\r\nLead development and enhancement of mobile app features and functionality\r\nCollaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams to improve customer experience and usability\r\nManage feature lifecycle from requirements through testing, QA, and deployment\r\nMonitor and improve app performance metrics, including engagement and conversion\r\nData, Analytics & Personalization\r\nEnsure accurate data collection and flow across all marketing systems\r\nPartner with analytics teams to develop reporting and performance dashboards\r\nEnable customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies\r\nSupport campaign measurement and attribution\r\nCampaign Enablement\r\nPartner with Marketing to execute campaigns through technology platforms (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app)\r\nConfigure targeting, automation workflows, and promotional logic\r\nEnsure campaigns are properly implemented, tracked, and optimized\r\nPayments, Loyalty & Gift Card Systems\r\nOversee integrations with payment processors, digital wallets, and stored value systems\r\nEnsure loyalty and rewards programs function seamlessly across all channels\r\nSupport promotional offers, discounts, and bundled pricing logic\r\nPartner with Finance on transaction accuracy, reporting, and issue resolution\r\nIn-Restaurant Technology\r\nSupport kiosk and in-store digital ordering systems\r\nOptimize upsell and cross-sell logic within kiosks and POS-integrated experiences\r\nEnsure alignment
