The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident communicating with decision-makers, and motivated by career growth opportunities within sales and business development.Typical ResponsibilitiesIdentify and prospect potential clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referralsQualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit, timing, and project opportunitiesSchedule meetings and introductory calls for leadership and estimating teamsMaintain and update CRM systems with accurate prospect and pipeline informationConduct market research to identify target industries, companies, and decision-makersBuild relationships with property managers, developers, brokers, architects, and business ownersCollaborate with leadership on sales strategies and outreach campaignsAssist with proposal follow-ups and client communicationsTrack activity metrics, pipeline development, and lead conversion performanceRepresent Adform Interiors professionally while building long-term relationships within the marketGrowth PathThis position is intentionally structured to provide long-term career advancement opportunities as Adform Interiors continues to scale.
