CNC Machinist (tool & die Fab)Location: Stratford, CT (00614)Job ID: #72357Pay Range: $40-45Pay based on experience1st Shift - Mon - Thurs 330pm - 200am (4-10hr days), some OT on FRIs or SATsRequired experience: Tool & Die, CNC Mill & Lathe, program G & M Codes, Mastercam or similarOpen to US Citizens & US Permanent ResidentsTHE COMPANY - Work with one of the Largest American Owned Aerospace & Defense Companies.Minimum 8 years in tool-and die fabrication, including at least 6 years leading CNC - mill / Lathe cell operationsProven proficiency with CNC set-up, programming (G-code, M-code, etc.) and CAM software (Mastercam or similar)Advanced blueprint readingGD&T interpretationAbility to work with 3-D tool modelsUnderstanding of inspection tools to perform in process quality controlExcellent communication skills-ability to discuss complex technical concepts with cross-functional teamsCommitment to safety; active participation in ESH compliant programs and proactive hazard identificationExperience machining steels, alloys, aluminums, titanium, super alloys, plastics, composites, and AM partsAbility and willingness to train junior machinist on setup, inspection, and best practice tooling techniquesBenefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law.Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
