This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining safety programs, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The EHS Supervisor will serve as a key resource for employees and management, helping to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nServe as the primary EHS contact for the Midway facility, supporting manufacturing operations\n\nConduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO 14001/45001, and company policies\n\nLead accident investigations and root-cause analysis, and track corrective actions using the EHS incident tracking system\n\nDevelop and deliver EHS training programs and safety committee initiatives\n\nSupport the implementation of all EHS policies all work areas\n\nMaintain and administer EHS documentation, including JSAs, incident reports, and regulatory submissions\n\nCollaborate with HR and leadership on workers’ compensation processes and injury reporting\n\nLead and provide support to the on-site EHS technician(s)\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.\n\n3–5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.\n\nStrong knowledge of OSHA regulations, ISO standards, and incident investigation protocols.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS management systems.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nAbility to lead training sessions and safety meetings.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nExperience in renewable energy or solar manufacturing.\n\nFamiliarity with ISNET World and customer-facing EHS portals\n\nAbility to travel occasionally for audits or training.\n\nSpanish fluency is a plus.\n\nAt Array Tech, Inc., we strive to lead with our culture, and believe that our people are a key enabler of our future state.
