Make recommendations regarding optimization of software and hardware integration on the existing network infrastructure.\n\nParticipate in component and data architecture design, software product evaluation and buy versus build recommendations.\n\nModify and/or debug vendor-supplied utilities and packages.\n\nModify, install and prepare technical documentation for system software applications.\n\nDiagnose, isolate and debug software problems and perform problem resolution.\n\nMonitor system capacity and performance, plan and execute disaster recovery procedures, and provide Tier 3 technical support.\n\nWork on multiple products, activities and projects as a project team member, occasionally as a project leader.\n\nMaintain an up-to-date knowledge base and understanding of system programming, graphical user interface, and control languages.\n\nEach team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role.
