Program Director

Title: Program DirectorReports To: Executive DirectorLocation: Remote / Hybrid (as applicable)Direct Reports: 1 Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000 annuallyProgram Management & Operations (Primary Focus)Oversee day-to-day execution of BCAP and CPP programs, including intake, eligibility, service delivery, and follow-up.Refine and maintain program policies, procedures, and workflows, identifying operational risks and implement solutions to improve efficiency and participant experience.Identify gaps in access or awareness and communicate insights to leadershipSupport the development and management of program reports and budgets for leadership and funders.Track, analyze, and report on program outputs and outcomesCommunity Outreach & PartnershipsBuild and maintain a targeted referral network of healthcare providers, imaging centers, social service agencies, and community organizations serving underserved populationsSupport outreach efforts to increase awareness and utilization of programsLead outreach meetings and presentations with referral partnersServe as a point of contact for complex or high-priority referralsGrants & ReportingSupport grant applications by providing program data, narratives, and insightsTrack and report program outcomes for funders and internal useMaintain accurate and organized program documentationTeam & Cross-Functional CollaborationSupervise the BCAP Coordinator and support their developmentPartner with the Director of Operations on administrative and operational needsCollaborate with Development on fundraising support (data, impact stories, reporting)Collaborate with marketing partners to develop and maintain referral tools (e.g., program one-pagers, eligibility summaries, intake materials)QualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in public health, social work, nonprofit management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in program coordination or management within nonprofit, healthcare, or human servicesExperience supporting program operations, reporting, or service deliveryExperience in medical advocacy, patient navigation, or public healthFamiliarity with grant-funded programs and reporting requirementsStrong administrative technology capabilities – comfortable navigating software and cloud-based platforms for day-to-day operations.Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skillsSelf-starter who thrives in small, fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfort working in a remote team environmentWork EST hours 9a-5pm. PreferredSpanish proficiencyFamiliarity with referral-based or patient/client service modelExperience with community outreachExperience working with underserved or vulnerable populationsEqual Opportunity Employer: ABCF is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
