Ensures quality of product produced according to customer requirements. Complies with all EH&S policies and procedures. Performs work accurately and efficiently in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, Manufacturing Instructions, TS/ISO Procedures and other relevant documents. Shows a commitment to Agrati Production Systems (APS), employee involvement, and continuous improvement.Specific Responsibilities Include:1. Operates and set-ups various automated sorting equipment.2. Quality inspections, as well as quality inspection documentation, will be required.3. Ensures shop floor housekeeping and 5S implementation is met.4. Supports all EH&S and quality activities including ISO/IATF programs and procedures.5. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (e.g. addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).6. Experience with micrometers and calipers is a plus; must be able to learn all measurement tools.7. Ability to access work instructions and follow and understand written/verbal instructions in English8. Able to maintain records, either written or computerized.9. Performs other duties as assignedRequirements:Education and ExperienceHigh School diploma or equivalent.Prefer experience with fastener sorting machines operation and set-up.Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, climb and reach with hand and arms. The employee frequently is required to use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls.
