Position
Based in Keyport NJ, the Graphic Designer is a front-line contributor who reports to the Creative Manager. They will produce and support projects in marketing, merchandising, and communications, including but not limited to:
Social Media Graphics
Email Blast Designs
Store Signage Designs
Product Catalogs
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to multiple projects at a time, while meeting deadlines.
Prepare skilled graphic design and layout work for various media types.
Design and produce projects that adhere to brand standards.
Write persuasive and effective copy for promotional emails and social media posts.
Actively participate in weekly marketing meetings to review project status while providing and receiving constructive feedback.
MUST HAVE Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in graphic design with an impressive portfolio.
Strong print and digital design abilities.
Adaptable, with strong self-management skills. Brings the flexibility to work independently as well as with a team.
Parallel processor who easily shifts priorities while still meeting deadlines.
Enjoys a fast pace.
Strict attention to detail.
Consistent work quality, work ethic, and attitude.
Well-organized with solid project management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Detects nuance.
Owns mistakes and asks for help.
Outstanding follow through.
Mastery of English, with some experience writing copy.
Strong knowledge of composition, typography, and creating projects within brand standards.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
Degree or certificate from a graphic design program or closely related field.

Physical/Environmental Requirements:
Work is performed in an office setting.
Occasional travel to stores, client job sites, etc.
Physical requirements include:
Extended periods of time working at a computer.
Speaking in person, on the phone, and by video.
Toleration of a moderate to noisy environment.
