By building trusted relationships, we partner with families to create lasting success in their child's developmental journey.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time/full-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), located in Farmingdale, NJ, with some work-from-home flexibility. The BCBA will oversee behavior therapy programs, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide supervision to team members. Regular interaction with families to provide training and ensure consistency in implementing strategies is also a critical part of this role. Collaboration with the True Progress Therapy team will help create and sustain an enriching and supportive environment for children.QualificationsExpertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)Skills in Behavior Management and Parent EducationKnowledge of Psychology and its application to therapeutic interventionsExceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skillsBCBA certification and adherence to ethical guidelinesExperience working with children with autism or related developmental disabilitiesMaster’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
