This individual will work as part of a cross-regional team to assist with existing internal resources, the new company and Cyber to enable access to data and applications and block data from being accessed by the divested entity employees after close.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead the separation and reconfiguration of identity and authentication services, including Azure AD, SSO’s\n\nEnsure continuity of single sign-on (SSO), MFA, conditional access policies, and federation configurations\n\nTroubleshoot authentication issues, manage user access changes, and implement least privilege access principles\n\nPartner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and migration teams to ensure seamless execution\n\nDesired Skills & Experience:\n\n12+ years of experience in identity and access management (IAM) or authentication-focused engineering roles\n\nDeep hands‑on experience with Azure AD, Active Directory, and cloud identity platforms (Okta, Ping, etc.)\n\nKnowledge of authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect\n\nExperience with hybrid identity solutions, B2B/B2C configurations, and directory synchronization\n\nFamiliarity with security compliance standards (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001, HIPAA)\n\nPrior experience in separation or merger programs is a strong plus\n\nCloud Hybrid is an equal opportunity employer inclusive of female, minority, disability and veterans, (M/F/D/V).
