Experience supporting heavy industrial or mechanical trades (ironwork, millwright, pipefitting, equipment installation) is a plus.\nTechnical Aptitude: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook). Experience with construction management software platforms (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, or similar). Understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and industrial equipment installation principles. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and ensure field execution aligns with design intent.\nAttributes: Detail oriented and organized, with strong follow-through. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, interruption driven environment without losing focus. Strong communicator—able to interface with field crews, project managers, engineers, vendors, and clients.
