You will begin contributing to production code and building context on how our systems support customer workflows.\nWithin 60 days, you will independently own well-scoped backend or platform projects, partner effectively with Product Management, and contribute to technical discussions with clear judgment and strong follow-through.\nWithin 90 days, you will be a trusted contributor on the Engineering team, regularly shipping high-quality work, improving the systems you touch, and demonstrating strong ownership of product and technical outcomes.\nHow We’ll Understand Fit\nDuring the interview process, we will assess:\nTechnical fundamentals: Can you write clean, reliable, maintainable code?\nBackend systems ability: Can you build and reason about APIs, services, data models, and production systems?\nProduct partnership: Can you work closely with Product Management and connect technical work to customer impact?\nExecution quality: Can you deliver well-scoped projects with speed, clarity, and attention to quality?\nProblem-solving: Can you break down ambiguous or complex problems into practical implementation steps?\nOwnership: Do you clarify scope, communicate risks, and follow through without needing heavy direction?\nLearning agility: Can you quickly ramp on our product, technical stack, and healthcare RCM domain?\nWhy SuperDial?\nJoin a fast-growing AI startup shortly after our Series B close.\nBuild voice and LLM-powered automation that solves meaningful problems in healthcare operations.\nWork with modern cloud-native technology in a GCP-based environment.\nPartner closely with Product Management and customer-facing teams to build products that are actively used in market.\nOwn meaningful technical scope while learning from a strong, ambitious engineering team.\nHelp reduce administrative burden for healthcare organizations and improve how revenue cycle teams operate.\nAbout SuperDial\nSuperDial is redefining AI in healthcare. We build voice and LLM-powered solutions for revenue cycle management, helping clinics, health systems, and healthcare organizations operate faster, smarter, and more efficiently.
