Proficient in designing, developing, and supporting solutions using the O365 Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Extensive background supporting Power Platform applications in federal environments, with an understanding of compliance and security requirements. Advanced programming skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, developing dynamic web applications and customizations. UI/UX expert, with a proven track record in designing clean, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces leveraging Modern SharePoint Online experience. Demonstrated ability to innovate and proactively solve complex business challenges through technology solutions. Strong multitasking skills, managing multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environments . Qualifications U.S. Citizenship Required DHS or Top Secret Clearance is required. Bachelors in STEM with 8-10 years of experience, or HS diploma with 15+ years. Experience developing solutions for DHS or other Agencies. Strong engineering lifecycle background. Excellent writing, briefing, and communication skills. Demonstrates initiative, sound judgment, and effective decision-making. Skilled in planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and experienced supporting senior Government leaders and technical/business professionals. Pay Transparency Statement AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $94,400.00/Yr. - USD $157,600.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
