Environment, Health and Safety Manager

A leading manufacturer in the building materials industry is seeking an EHS Manager based in the greater Durham, North Carolina area.Responsibilities:• Lead plant-wide EHS programs focused on safety, environmental compliance, and risk reduction• Partner with operations and leadership teams on capital projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives• Drive a proactive safety culture through coaching, training, and accountability at all levels• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable local/state regulations• Analyze EHS metrics and trends to develop data-driven improvement strategiesQualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field• 7+ years of progressive EHS experience within manufacturing or industrial environments• Proven leadership experience managing EHS programs and personnel• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and environmental compliance standards• Experience leading culture change and continuous improvement initiativesCompetitive compensation, strong benefits, relocation assistance and career growth opportunities available.
