You’ll provide services in the child’s home, working in the natural environment where children feel comfortable and can build skills they use every day.\n\nWhat Advanceable ABA Offers You:\n\nCompetitive salary (based on experience and credentials)\n\nPaid Training\n\nFlexible scheduling\n\nPaid time off (PTO)\n\nRBT certification and renewal support\n\nEmployee referral bonuses\n\nOngoing BCBA supervision, mentorship, and clinical growth\n\nOpportunities to build your skills and advance your career in ABA\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\n\nAs an RBT, you’ll provide individualized 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).\n\nYour responsibilities will include:\n\nWorking directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans\n\nHelping children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills\n\nUsing evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques\n\nTracking progress through accurate session data and clinical notes\n\nCommunicating professionally with families and members of the clinical team\n\nParticipating in ongoing BCBA supervision and training\n\nStaying active and engaged during sessions, including sitting, squatting, walking, running, and playing with children\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\nActive RBT certification, if not we’ll support your path to certification\n\nPassion for working with children and helping others grow\n\n1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)\n\nReliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)\n\nStrong communication, patience, and professionalism\n\nAbility to work in clients’ homes throughout the Java area\n\nPart-time and full-time RBT positions available\n\nAfternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)\n\n15–25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs\n\nA Career Where Your Work Matters\n\nAt Advanceable ABA, our team is our greatest asset.
