Under the guidance of a licensed nurse, you will engage in a variety of patient care activities tailored to individual age and developmental needs.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist patients with daily hygiene including bathing, hair care, oral hygiene, and grooming.Provide skin care while taking precautions to prevent skin breakdown.Support physical activities such as repositioning, ambulation, range of motion exercises, and transfers.Help meet nutritional needs by preparing patients for meals, assisting with feeding, and monitoring dietary restrictions.Collect specimens, perform vital signs, and document intake and output accurately.Perform technical nursing procedures within credentialed scope, including oxygen therapy management, catheter insertion/removal, intravenous therapy discontinuation, nasopharyngeal suctioning, dressing changes, wound care, and injections.Conduct patient assessments and collaborate closely with primary nurses to ensure quality care.Educate patients and families in coordination with nursing staff.Lead and support performance improvement initiatives and foster teamwork.EducationCurrently enrolled in a nursing program or completed nursing education without meeting licensing requirements.ExperienceEntry-level position; no prior experience required.RequirementsStrong mental focus and physical stamina are essential, including frequent walking, lifting, and bending.
