The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.ResponsibilitiesAdminister care to critically ill patients in a 30-bed ICU. Monitor and manage patients with ICP and ventilation needs. Perform patient assessments and implement nursing interventions. Provide comprehensive care for trauma, neuro-strokes, and head injury patients. Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment. Assist in the stabilization of acutely ill patients utilizing telemonitoring and advanced equipment.QualificationsCurrent RN license to practice in California. ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required; PALS preferred. Minimum of 2-3 years of ICU nursing experience required. Proven experience with ICP monitoring, ventilators, and post-TPA care. Previous travel nursing experience preferred but not mandatory.
