Whether you will spend your day brainstorming in an office cubicle, operating a crane, running manufacturing equipment or troubleshooting technical obstacles, at CMC, you’ll get the training and support from your team that you need to excel in your role and reach your full potential.\nWhat You'll Do\nOnce a job is assigned this role accepts full responsibility for management of the forecasting, submittal schedule, delivery schedule, and overall job health\nServe as the primary point of contact for CMC\nReview project proposal/plans/specifications to proactively identify risks, delays, or issues and communicate cost-effective solutions\nResolve daily issues that may arise effectively to ensure a timely, safe, and profitable project\nWrite and review RFIs for cost impact\nMaintain project reports for management and customers\nInteract daily with various departments to ensure contract obligations are met\nJobsite visits & meetings as needed\nWhat You'll Need\n2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management or construction related field\nRebar, concrete, and general contracting experience, highly preferred\nAbility to read and understand contract documents and drawings\nSolid understanding of project costs/cost control with strong financial and business acumen\nStrong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal\nStrong scheduling, planning, organizing, problem solving, time managing, and prioritizing work skills\nProficient in MS Office programs – Outlook, Word, Excel\nYour Education\nHigh School Diploma or GED required\nBachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
