This person must have a minimum of 3 years plus experience managing VMware, NetApp, and Microsoft environments. This person should be a team player and leader whom actively inspires others to work towards common goals while supporting the personal growth of others as well as themselves. There is regular interaction with staff outside of the IT area, which requires this individual to have the ability to interact effectively with physicians, clinical staff, management, and vendors. Providing coverage for other IT members may be required as necessary.\nRESULTS MEASURED BY THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:\nUnderstands, promotes and demonstrates the Way\nPrimary responsibility for designing, managing, and supporting the Microsoft Server environment including Exchange, SQL, AD, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, and SharePoint.
