Office Cleaner/Runner

Position OverviewThe Cleaner/Runner supports daily operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment while also assisting with errands, deliveries, and general support tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable working independently. Key ResponsibilitiesCleaning DutiesClean and sanitize work areas, restrooms, break rooms, and common spaces Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove trash regularly Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and cleaning materials Maintain cleanliness of entryways, hallways, and outdoor areas as needed Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety guidelines Runner / Errand DutiesPick up and deliver supplies, documents, or equipment as requested Assist with completing errands as assigned around the island as needed Support staff with miscellaneous tasks such as organizing, stocking, or setting up work areas General SupportReport maintenance or safety issues promptly Assist with light labor tasks when needed Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Follow company policies, schedules, and safety protocols QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable Transportation Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical task Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Experience in cleaning or maintenance is a plus but not required Work ScheduleFull-time or part-time depending on company needs Must be flexible Location Tamuning - Harmon Industrial Area Compensation & Benefits$10.50 per hour Medical & Dental for you and your family 401(k) Paid Time Off Paid Holidays FSA & Supplemental Benefits Life insurance Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
