This position involves cross-organizational collaboration to ensure development projects and engineering changes are completed on time, on budget and at the product cost target.\nKey Job Responsibilities:\nCoordinate, maintain and communicate development schedules\nDevelop and monitor timelines and cost estimates for development tasks\nDirect globally dispersed, cross-functional results-driven teams\nAssess risks and opportunities and develop actions to address them\nGenerate design program documentation per established processes and procedures\nWork with management to resolve resource conflicts, remove roadblocks, and implement risk mitigations\nManage scope definition and change control\nReport program status to various organizational levels\nRead and interpret engineering documents\nLead the evaluation of selected concepts to meet functional, clinical, and customer needs\nCreate purchase requisitions for components/supplies/equipment to support prototype assembly\nSupport preliminary OEM vendor assessment/selection\nPerform other duties as assigned\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in a business or engineering related discipline\n4+ years of experience in development programs of mechanical, electrical, or electro-mechanical products\n3+ years In-depth working experience with electromechanical, electronics production techniques\n2+ years working expertise with Stage Gate Product Development processes\n2+ years of experience working in a matrixed environment\nExcellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills\nAbility to lead, motivate, and inspire a strong team\nAbility to work across multiple organizations in a fast paced, smaller company environment\nExecutive presence with the ability to confidently interact at a leadership level\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience in the solar industry\n\nAt Array Tech, Inc., we strive to lead with our culture, and believe that our people are a key enabler of our future state.
