Description Duties Description Roles & Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Welcome visitors, assist with check-ins, and guide individuals to the appropriate staff or department based on their needs. Front-Line Support: Answer phones, help route inquiries, and provide timely responses to common customer requests. Resource Room Assistance: Support customers with resumes, job applications, and navigation of workforce tools (e.g., VCC, InterviewStream, Coursera, Northstar). Digital Literacy Coaching: Provide basic computer and technology assistance, including email setup, online applications, and job search platforms. Workshop & Event Support: Assist with scheduling, sign-ups, marketing, and facilitation of in-person and virtual workshops, job fairs, and recruitments.
