We are looking for a passionate technologist with keen business acumen and experience managing diverse teams in the successful planning, design, and deployment of data solutions.\nResponsibilities:\nLead client projects and manage consulting teams in the delivery of data solutions with the goal of improving technical operations and business performance\nInterface directly with client personnel and executive stakeholders to understand business objectives and set project objectives\nMake key engagement decisions, including budgeting, risk management, resource management, vendor selection, workstream delegation, and project methodology\nAct as client point of contact and present updates on deliverables, communicate engagement status, and ensure projects align with their transformation and business goals\nContribute to practice development; mentor junior consultants on project management best practices, stay abreast of industry trends, and develop reusable methodology\nAssist with or lead statement of work (SOW) and business development efforts and identify change orders\nOrganize project work into client presentations, outlining findings and recommendations for C-level executives.\nContribute to practice development by developing and improving reusable methodologies and data solutions for client engagements.\nQualifications:\n7+ years of progressive experience in Data & Analytics in a professional services/consulting firm\nStrong understanding of data engineering principles, including data modelling, ETL processes, data governance, data quality, privacy and security controls\nExperience leading projects related to data migration and data integrations leveraging Databricks, Snowflake, Azure/AWS\nStrong communication and project leadership skills with comfortability managing cross-functional teams in dynamic, enterprise IT environments\nProven ability to translate complex technical concepts for business leadership\nWillingness to travel to client sites up to 50%\nHybrid work environment – 2x/week in office\nMust be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship\n\nOther consultancies talk at you.\nAt West Monroe, we work with you.\nWe're a global business and technology consulting firm passionate about creating measurable value for our clients, delivering real-world solutions.\nThe combination of business and technology is not new, but how we bring them together is unique.
