You will architect our commercial growth engine, expand our geographic footprint, and position us as a leading, trusted name in pharmacy services. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution across sales, marketing, partnerships, and market expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Strategy & GTM LeadershipDevelop and execute a 3–5 year commercial strategy focused on geographic expansion, revenue growth, and market leadership in pharmacy servicesBuild and operationalize a GTM model tailored to pharmacy channels (e.g., provider referrals, health systems, specialty pharmacy)Align sales and marketing to drive patient acquisition, prescription volume growth, and partner engagementDefine KPIs across referral generation, script volume, adherence programs, and customer lifetime value Sales Leadership & Market ExpansionLead national expansion efforts by identifying, prioritizing, and entering high-growth marketsBuild and scale a healthcare-focused sales team skilled in consultative selling and relationship management Drive contract negotiations, network participation, and partnership agreements across new and existing territoriesOversee pipeline development, forecasting, and CRM optimization (HubSpot) Marketing & Brand GrowthLead brand positioning and awareness strategies to establish market leadership in pharmacy servicesOversee demand generation initiatives including digital campaigns, referral networks, and community engagementEnsure consistent messaging and brand integrity across all markets and channelsPartner closely with sales to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies Market Intelligence & AnalyticsConduct deep market analysis including demographics, competitor landscape, and healthcare accessibilityLeverage data and insights to prioritize expansion efforts and optimize ROIEstablish dashboards and reporting frameworks to track performance across sales and marketing initiatives Regulatory & Cross-Functional LeadershipEnsure all sales and marketing practices comply with State Boards of Pharmacy regulations, CMS, HIPAA, and healthcare marketing guidelinesPartner closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risk in new market entryImplement compliant marketing and partnership practices in regulated environmentsAlign internal stakeholders around growth priorities and execution plans Financial & Operational OwnershipBuild and manage market-level P&L forecasts tied to script volume, and operating costsOversee budgets across sales, marketing, and expansion initiativesBalance growth investments with profitabilityMonitor key drivers such as margin per prescription and cost of acquisition Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem DevelopmentIdentify and secure strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, insurers, and community organizationsDevelop local market ecosystems to accelerate adoption and trustStrengthen referral pipelines and long-term revenue channelsWho You AreThe BuilderYou thrive in zero-to-one and scale-up environments.
