You'll work cross-functionally with production and software teams to enhance automation and build efficiencies. Your role will involve hands-on software development and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and integration of cutting-edge technologies.\n\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\n\nDevelop product-agnostic software solutions to optimize production efficiency and product quality\nDesign and implement hardware testing strategies and tools\nCollaborate across multiple teams, especially software and production, to enhance automation\nCreate and maintain documentation for testing procedures and tools\nAnalyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement\nProvide feedback to design teams for product enhancements\nConduct root cause analysis to triage production, product, and process issues\nLead system architecture designs of technical initiatives\n\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field\n3+ years of professional software development experience\nProficiency in Python\nExcellent problem-solving/critical thinking skills and attention to detail\nAbility to work and communicate collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment\nDemonstrated accountability and ownership, team-player, self-motivated\nDrove strategic design of scalable system architecture\nFamiliarity with Linux, Git, and networking\nEligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance\n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\n\nMaster's degree in a relevant engineering field\nExperience in hardware testing and automated test systems\nStrong understanding of hardware-software integration\nExperience with data analysis and performance monitoring\nPrior work in a high-volume manufacturing environment\nExperience with: SQL/databases, C/C++, javascript, nix\n\nThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
