This person will work directly with the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager while assisting the field team to deliver a quality project within the agreed schedule, maximizing the return to the company while earning repeat business from the client.\n\nEssential Functions:\n\nScopes of work as assigned by Project Manager for award of Subcontracts specific to the particular project with a level of detail to solidify the full scope while being general enough to cover all aspects of the work.\nPreparation of submittal requirements and tracking log.\nReview and processing of submittals and shop drawings.\nPreparation of “Request for Information” log and tracking of same.\nRead and analyze the drawing to find any possible discrepancies; i.e. architectural drawings must match up with electrical drawings, etc.\nDrawing logs and distribution of revised drawings to Subcontractors.\nFollow up with Subcontractors for responses on cost/schedule for any revisions received.\nAssist the APM with documenting, tracking and scheduling inspections.\nQA/QC alongside the superintendents\nDocumenting safety reports and following up to make sure corrective action was taken.\nAssist Project Manager with preparation of change orders to Owner.\nFoster relationships with subcontractors and suppliers\nAttend Owner and Subcontractor weekly meetings, keep minutes of meetings and follow up on tasks or issues assigned by Project Manager.\nSupport Superintendent to get material to job as needed and to get manpower required.\nCoordinate close out procedures with field team and ownership.\nAssist in project forecast and subcontractor payment applications.\nResponsible for the agenda and minutes for the OAC and subcontractor meetings.\nMaintain master set of drawings on site with all revisions included from beginning to end Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational conferences; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies, etc.\nSatisfactory completion of appropriate corporate training as related to the position and/or department.\nContributes to overall achievement by accomplishing related tasks and demonstrating characteristics that exemplify team building and support.\n\nThe above is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of responsibilities. Other activities may be assigned as required by management.\nRequirement & Qualifications:\n\nStrong communication skills, both internally and externally.\nProfessional appearance\nAbility to work successfully as part of a team.\nStrong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure to meet established deadlines.\nExcellent presentation skills.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, Power Point, Word, and Outlook) and ability to learn other programs.
